Co-convened by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Department for International Development, and the UN Population Fund, Family Planning 2030 — formerly Family Planning 2020 — is a global partnership that supports the rights of women and girls to make their own independent decisions about having children. The partnership aims to enable 120 million more women and girls to access contraceptives by 2030. Bloomberg Philanthropies was a member of Family Planning 2020.
